Return of the Color Lady

Thanks to Ron Nelson, who writes: "Ran into the wonderful color lady at the muni stop @ 16th & Bryant. She has 8 different outfits and only wears a single color at a time-plus she makes her own clothes! She's spending Christmas day with her family."
